Filled with Art and Personal Touches. Beautifully furnished This 4-bedroom Chalet has an extended deck for outdoor enjoyment with a gas grill and plenty of outdoor deck furniture. Views of both the mountain and Lake Cascade can be seen from this home. The main level has two bedrooms, two full baths and living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a mud room with washer/dryer. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra bedding. Outdoor patio doors allows easy access from the kitchen to the deck for dining enjoyment. Upstairs there is a master suite and on the lower level, you'll find a second master suite. There an outdoor and indoor wood-burning fireplace as well as an outdoor grill and hot tub. Cable TV and internet

I can assist you with finding the perfect hiking trail, fly-fishing spot, recreational equipment rental, or just the best place to have a glass of wine and read a book. After all, you`re on vacation and you don`t have to do a thing if you don`t want to!Activity Barn - McCall Snow tubing hill during the winter months, open daily There is a yurt where you can warm up, enjoy some hot cocoa and be back out on the runs in minutes. There are also miles of groomed trails that run along the Payette River for snowshoeing and Nordic Skiing. Donnelly - Lake Cascade Lake Cascade is a relatively shallow lake making it comfortable for swimming, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking and canoeing.It has over 86 miles of shoreline. Rainbow Trout is the prominent fish and you can catch them from the shore or a boat. Pontoon boats, sailing boats, fishing boats, and kayaks and jet skis all can be used on Lake Cascade. There are also numerous trails around the lake for both hiking and biking or bird watching in one of the three bird sanctuaries. Golf There are three course available for public play in the McCall/Donnelly area.Jug Mountain Golf Course, McCall Public Course, and Osprey Meadows. Please contact us prior to your vacation so we can advise if a course is open for play. The course at Whitetail is only open to member's and guests of Alpine Village. Hiking and Mountain Biking West Mountain in Donnelly has over 23 miles of maintained mountain trails for your enjoyment. If you want to experience something more remote, Valley County has over 200 mountain lakes and thousands of miles of maintained Forest Service trails to experience and enjoy. Ponderosa State Park has several moderate trails to enjoy along with Payette Lake shoreline - great place to relax, play in the lake and enjoy a picnic lunch. We will be more than happy to suggest our favorites and hope that you will share with us your experience. Take the chairlift up at Brundage and ride or hike down during the summer months. Hot Springs near Donnelly and McCall There are both commerical and primative hot springs in the general area of all to enjoy. Idaho actually has more concentration of Hot Springs than any other state. Relax in the soothing waters after a hike or mountain bike ride, bring and picnic and enjoy the outdoors. Gold Fork Hot Springs is located 6 miles from the town of Donnelly, 14 from Tamarack Resort. It offers 8 pools and is open year-round with easy access. Burgdorf Hot Springs was founded in 1870 and is a ghost town. It is open year round but during the winter months the only access is by snowmobile which is a fun excursion for the day. It is located 35 miles north of McCall. Numerous riverside and back-country hot springs are available for those more adventerous. We'll send you in the right direction. McCall - Payette Lake McCall is a lakeside community with plenty of shops and restaurants for your vacation enjoyment. Payette Lake is a glacial lake so it remains cooler during the summer months. High Mountain Marina and ProPeak Sports offer boat rentals and day cruises. The Shore Lodge allows for docking if you are eating lunch or having cocktails. Numerous bike trails, hiking trails and beautiful Ponderosa State Park add to the enjoyment of this resort community. Payette Lake is approximately 32 miles around and North Beach is a favor for locals and tourist. Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing Tamarack Resort offers 30km of groomed trails and even allows dogs in designated areas. Terrain is varied. Currently we do not know if Tamarack will be grooming the Nordic trails for 2009-2010 winter season but you can still cross-country ski or snowshoe at the Resort. Ponderosa State Park has groomed trails that meander through 60ft Ponderosa Pines and Douglas Firs. Jug Mountain Ranch also has groomed trails during the winter months. There are additional trails at River Ranch in McCall and at the Acitivity Barn as well. Skiing and Snowboarding North America's first new ski area in over 25 years, Tamarack Resort opened in 2005. You'll find 7 lifts and over 2200 acres of pristine powder and corduroy groomers. Tamarack is currently closed for the 2009/10 winter season, please ask about its reopening if Alpine Skiing is your main winter activity. Brundage Ski Area is located just 4 miles north of McCall and opened new terrain in 2007 with a new lift. Views overlooking the Lakes and Salmon River Range are breathtaking from both ski areas and you can even see the 7 Devils in Hells Canyon on a clear, blue-sky day - which is most of the time! Snowmobiling Valley County sits in the middle of over 1100 miles of groomed snowmobile trails leading from New Meadows, through McCall, Cascade, Smith's Ferry to Garden Valley, Idaho. Several rental companies are located in McCall or bring your own. We can assist you with finding trails of all abilities. Snowmobiling is not allowed on the ski trails at Tamarack - however, guests can park trailers in lower parking lots and most of our homes have plenty of parking. Rules for use of snowmobiles at Tamarack are simple, please stay to the roadways while on your snowmobile and then access forest service trails from West Mountain Road. For guests wanting to experience snowmobiling at Tamarack, daily tours are available from 2 - 8 hours. Spa Spend the day relaxing at a world-class spa at The Shore Lodge in McCall. Sante Spa in Mccall offers Yoga and Pilates classes, exercise equipment and personal trainers. Please contact us to make your reservation prior to your vacation arrival. Whitewater Rafting There are over 3000 miles of rivers to raft in the State of Idaho. Central Idaho is home to both class lV and V rafts. The middlefork and southfork of the Payette sees thousands of vacationing and championship rafting and kayaking. The rivers offer adventure opportunities for everyone at any age and spanning all abilities. Many qualified outfitters are located in the area and we are more than happy to direct you to both floating and whitewater rafting companies.
